Service area

We provide junk removal services across Airdrie, Calgary North/NW, Cochrane, Chestermere, Balzac, and rural Rocky View County. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion.

Pricing

Pricing is volume-based, calculated on the percentage of our 7×12 dump trailer your items occupy. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates; the final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. You can decline at no cost.

Beat-any-quote guarantee

We will beat any written quote from a competing junk removal provider by 10%, subject to: the quote must be dated within 30 days, must be for the same scope of work, and must be from a licensed Alberta business. Verbal quotes do not qualify.

What we don't take

We cannot accept hazardous waste including paint, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, chemicals, or biological waste. If hazardous items are present, we may decline the job or quote a referral to an Eco Station.

Damages

We carry $2M general liability insurance. In the event of damage to your property caused by our work, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it through our insurance.

Cancellation

You can cancel a booked job at any time before our arrival at no cost. We may charge a $25 trip fee if we arrive on-site and you cancel without advance notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept credit card, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Invoiced billing available for property managers and commercial accounts.
