How fast can you get here?
Same-day in most cases — often within 2 hours in Airdrie and Calgary North. Call before noon and we'll almost always be there before dinner.
How is your pricing structured?
Volume-based. We charge by how much of our 7×12 dump trailer (12 yd³) your stuff fills. Quarter load $179, half $329, three-quarter $479, full load $649. Single-item pickups start at $89.
Do you really beat any quote by 10%?
Yes. Send us a written quote from a competitor for the same scope of work. We'll match it minus 10% and book the job same-day.
What do you do with the junk?
We sort everything on-site. Reusable items go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Metal goes to recyclers. Electronics go to the Eco Station. Only true garbage hits the landfill.
What can't you take?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos. For those, we'll point you to the nearest Eco Station.
Do you serve south Calgary?
Not yet. We're focused on Airdrie, Calgary North/NW, Cochrane, Chestermere, and rural Rocky View.
Are you insured?
Fully insured — $2M general liability and full commercial auto.
Do you do estate or tenant cleanouts?
Yes — both are core services. Estate cleanouts run $800–$2,500. Tenant cleanouts are flat-rate per unit.
